reasonable period of time ( at least 14 days for acne - and 4 to 8 weeks if you use it to improve scars,

specified below), you are entitled to a refund according to the terms and
conditions stated below. Otherwise all sales are final, no orders can be
cancelled or products returned because you decide to changed your mind and no
longer wish to use the product, or because your doctor has advised you to use
some other procedure. This is because all products that have been out of our
control will be disposed away if returned to us, we will not re-sell them. If

Return
Number & Return Address.
We will e-mail you a return number
and an address where you must send back
all the empty
or unopened jars. We will promptly process the refund when we receive the
jar(s).
We do not refund shipping costs unless we have incurred in a shipping
error. We deduct $9 for each jar returned to cover processing costs.
If we have to re-ship an order (or refund your money due to your error) a charge of $4.00 plus the cost of re-shipping
(if applicable) will be charged if you are responsible for a wrong
address. Same if nobody is at your address to receive the shipment from UPS or other carrier.
We
are not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that the returns be sent
via a traceable carrier such as USPS with certified delivery proof, UPS or FedEx.
If
you return a product to our third party fulfillment center in
Ohio or to our address in
Nevada without previously asking us for a return number by
e-mail we are sorry but will
deduct an
additional $7.10 to cover the cost of handling such return. And the refund will
only be effective if we have received the jars and you do request your refund
either by e-mail or letter.

you request a return number by
e-mail please be assured we
will e-mail you back with both
the return number (usually
your order number) and the
address of the fulfillment
center where you must return
the empty or un-used jars. If

requesting such it must be
because you are not receiving
our e-mail in response: this

full. The message to you may
or may not return to us as
undeliverable. If we receive
an undeliverable message or if

If
you are not satisfied with the results of BIOSKINCARE for your acne, and instead of
looking endlessly for a product that might work, the following will be of
interest to you:
Acne
is a complex condition that depends basically on excess sebum production in
conjunction with toxins within your skin due to the intake of excess protein of
poor quality, when at the same time you are going through hormonal
imbalances...(specially during adolescence or if a woman during your period...)
. The dead toxic proteins within the skin attract moisture from within the skin
and from the outer layer making it feel dry when there is plenty of water
inside.... in fact too much with the result of excessive pressure on the
serbaceous glands as if they were "pinched off"... and them getting
